Pictures of one of the newly built Smart Schools in Enugu State, which surfaced online, have thrown people into rage because of the vandalization of the new school. The school is yet to begin operations, although it has been completed, but it was vandalized thoroughly by unknown hoodlums. 

The anger of netizens was directed to the community where the school is. Questions were directed to the community leaders and members as well as their political leaders. The State Government and Local Government spends millions of naira to erect the structure, but such a structure cannot be protected by the community who will use it.
